Buying a House

Pre-Listing Inspection

Let's take a look before you list your home for sale on the market. Well make a list of all the defects or needed repairs so that you can fix them before putting your home on the market. This ensures you get the most money when its time to sell.


After we have had a good look at your property, we probably found some things that need some attention. After the repairs have been completed, we can come back to be sure they were done correctly.

10th-11th Month Inspections

This inspection is completed during the 10th-11th month of a new home with a builder's warranty in place. Make sure that you have a thorough evaluation of your home to find any damages or defects that could be covered by your warranty. This will give you plenty of time to make sure your repairs can be completed before the warranty expires.
